She has been arrested on suspicion of drug trafficking
Tanzanian
actress Wema Sepetu was on Saturday, February 4 apprehended by
Tanzanian police for allegedly being involved in drug trafficking.
The stunning lass was among 10 other suspects who were arrested in
connection with the selling of illegal drugs. Other personalities caught
up in the scandal include singer TID, Dogo Hamidu and Babuu wa Kitaa- a
radio presenter at a popular Tanzanian FM station-Cloud FM.

Dar es Salaam Provincional Commissioner Paul Makonda, revealed that the
operation to nub drug traffickers in the city had initially began on
Friday, February 3.
Edaily reports that by Saturday, 5 suspects were already behind bars, pending investigations.
Sepetu and the other suspects will be allowed to record statements, before subsequent investigations get underway.
